Proof of purchase

To complete your refund, we require a receipt, purchase order or other proof of purchase. Please note that without the aforementioned proof of purchase, we will not issue a refund but will provide you with a store credit instead.

Shipping items

In order to return an order, you must contact us first.

You will need to attach a pre-paid return shipping label to the package and mail it to the address on the shipping label. You will not need to pay for shipping.

You must take care to ensure that the goods are properly packaged so that they will not be damaged while in transit. If the product is found to us be used beyond what it takes for you to reasonably inspect it or damaged, then we may reject a refund. For more details, kindly refer our return policy.

Refund Process

We will try our best to create suitable design concepts for our clients. In case of client is not completely satisfied with our products we can provide a refund.

If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase and in case of payment gateway name payments refund will be made to the same account.

Once, we will receive the returned product by you, we will check and validate everything related to the product details and product conditions. Once, everything will be done, we will start initiating the refund process and within 15-20 business days, you will get your refund amount in your respective bank account.

Depending upon the mutual agreement, we may refund all your balance money into your back account. We will contact you over email for that and will ask for your approval over email.

Cancellation Policy

The buyer has the option to cancel the order within 24 hrs before it gets processed and shipped.

Also, When the product is delivered to the buyer, the buyer needs to cancel the order within 2 days after the delivery and we will arrange a return within 5 days of delivery of the product. The return will be done as long as it is unworn, unwashed, without stains, undamaged and with all original tags & packaging intact.

if the order was placed online and customer wants to cancel the order, the amount will be refunded in the same source account. This process generally takes 7-10 business days.
